Commercial & Ag Loan Officer
Bank 1st is seeking a full-time loan officer to source, negotiate, underwrite, and manage commercial, small business, and agricultural loans in compliance with all regulations and bank policies. Duties would include meeting with clients and evaluating financial, credit, and collateral information to determine the feasibility of new and renewed loans.
Eligible candidates must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related course work, or three or more years of work experience in a related field. Applicants must be detail oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and Word.
The position requires the ability to work alternate Saturdays. On the week’s employees are to work their Saturday, they are given an afternoon off. A competitive benefit package is offered to all full time employees.
